Gerpa, opresak, ocvirkovca

Ingredients: • 400g flour (type 850) • 20 g yeast • 10 g salt • 2 dl  lukewarm water • 100 g cracklings Preparation method: Knead the leavened  dough from the ingredients and let it rest. When done, roll until 1 cm  thick in the shape of a circle. Put the dough in the baking pan,  sprinkle with flour and spread the grilled cracklings all over it. Bake  for 20 minutes at 220˚C. The cake tastes even better when baked in the  baker’s oven.
