Norway - Dessert of stewed prunes (dried plums)
5 dl water 1 dl sugar 200 grams prunes 2 teaspoons potato flour Boil water and sugar Add prunes, stir Boil for 4 minutes Take the prunes out and put in a bowl Boil the sauce for 3 more minutes Add potato flour stirred out in a little water Pour the sauce over the prunes and set to cool Vanilla cream 4 dl milk 2 tablespoons maizena flour (corn starch) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 split vanilla stick 1 dl cream Mix everything except the cream in a pan. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Cool. Whip the cream and mix whipped cream in right before serving.
