Pajtičke

Ingredients Dough 1 kg white flour 30 g yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 2dl  lukewarm water Filling 5 tablespoons oil or rough butter 2 chopped  onions 2 tablespoons bread crumbs 100 g grounded walnuts 1 teaspoon salt  a pinch of grounded pepper 1. Knead the dough out of the mentioned  ingredients and leave it to rise. 2. In the meantime prepare the  filling. Fry the chopped onions on the oil or butter until it gets  yellow, add bread crumbs, grounded walnuts, pepper, salt and stir it  thoroughly. 3. Roll the leavened dough, spread it with the filling and  roll up tightly. Cut the roll to pieces sized from 3 to 5 cm and put  them evenly to the fatty pan. 4. Bake them for approx half an hour at  temperature 160-170°C.
