Sour Turnip with Beans
Ingredients 500 g beans 500 g sour turnip 1 tbsp corn flour 1 onion 50 g fat Fresh thyme 2 fresh mint leaves Salt pepper Preparation method Cook soaked beans and turnip separately. Mix corn flour and cold water. Pour the mix into the pot with cooked beans. Add cooked turnip, onion fried in ft, all spices, herbs, and let it all boil for 15 minutes. It should not become too thin.
