Ubrnjenik, obrnjenik

Recipe for 4-6 persons: 400 g buckwheat flour 2 dl sweet cream and 2  tablespoons butter approx ½ l milk salt Fry flour in a bigger dish to  dry. Season the flour with melted butter or cream, add hot milk, put  salt in, and stir it well in order to prevent balls. Put Ubrnjenik into  the bowl and shape it into a nice big ball or smaller balls. Serve it  with a sour milk, cooked fruit slices, tea or white coffee. Ubrnjenik is  salted and very nutritive dish, and this is the reason why workers took  it to work, wrapped in horseradish leaves to keep it fresh.
