Curd Cheese Cones
400 g cottage cheese, chopped or grounded cumin, red paprika, bouquet of parsley, salt, thick sour cream (if necessary), home made black bread. Crush the dry cottage cheese with a fork. Add chopped cumin, salt, grounded red paprika, chopped parsley and knead the mixture well. Form the mixture into a cone and serve it fresh on the home made bread. It can be dried in the sun or on the edge of the baker’s oven.
