Kozjansko pockets

Ingredients for 10 persons: dough – 500 g buckwheat flour, salt, sour  cream (optional); filling – 100 g millet porridge, 300 g cottage cheese,  1 egg, 1 yolk, salt; dressing – 100 g cracklings (ocvirki), 2  tablespoons sour cream. Make the dough by pouring boiling salted water  onto the buckwheat flour, add the rest of the ingredients for the dough  and knead all the ingredients; roll it to the thickness of a finger.  Make circles with a dough cutter. Put a small amount of filling on each  circle, fold the dough over and press the edges so it becomes pocket  shaped. To make the filling, cook the millet porridge, drain it, and  cool it down. Add mashed cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, an egg, a yolk  and stir it well. Boil pockets for 20 minutes in salted water. When  finished, dress it with cracklings and sour cream.
